I. Management Principle |
Adopting humanistic management to procure the prisoners to repent and reform.

II. Separation of Inmates |
To minimize the occurrence of forming bad habits between every inmate, individuals are classified as follows: 1. Defendants are strictly separated from inmates serving prison sentence. 2. First offenders are isolated from the repeated (persistent) offenders. 3. Prisoners who are convicted of felony from organized gangsters are confined.

III. Safety Measures |
The prison is fitted with a full-time circuit monitoring system, installed with inner and outer barbed wire walls, equipped with pull lever alert systems, and implemented with emergency alarm systems to prevent any incidents.

IV. Education and Training |
For the purpose of enhancing and maintaining the quality of guard officers, regular education, pre-duty education and disciplinary meetings are offered periodically. Professional trainings such as fire-fighting, anti-escape and anti-riot response are held routinely. |
