1. Family Service Center is established, which handles all applications for family visits, takes careof money sent to inmates and objects, and answer enquiries put forth by the public.
2. LCD bulletins showing visiting phases and bulletins showing defendants to appear in court are installed in visitors’ rooms. There are also ATM’s, vending machines, public phones, air conditioners, televisions, books and magazines, etc
3. A volunteer helps families handle the visiting procedure, gives information, and shows the way

Neighborhood friendship and relationship：

1. Parking lots for visiting families have been increased to provide free-of-charge parking for visitors and neighborhood residents.
2. A bus stop is established at the corner of the prison connecting to Chi Nan Highway to give convenience to the public.
3. Clean and maintain the Sports Park of Yen Chao Township, winning positive remarks from local residents.
